Transformers are devices that require absolute safety during operation. The quality of transformers not only affects the power grid but also impacts the production of the entire system. Therefore, management and quality control are essential requirements for Hanoi production electrical equipment Joint Stock Company
1. System control
The company always focuses on investing to create a modern, suitable working environment, helping employees to perform tasks accurately, ensuring work requirements in production and business. LE transformer effectively maintains the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and standards 5S, ISO 14001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025.
In particular, unlike many businesses, LE understands that the production environment has an important impact on the sustainable growth of the Enterprise. From there, LE has successfully applied the 5S program, determined to create a green - clean - beautiful - safe - friendly environment, demonstrated through efforts to:
- Develop and produce energy-saving transformers;
- Only use components and materials that are friendly and do not affect the environment;
- Reduce energy and raw material consumption per unit of product, thereby reducing waste and negative impacts on the environment;
- Continuously improve and enhance the management system, thereby effectively preventing pollution in the production area and around the factory.
2. QA/QC
Hanoi production electrical equipment Joint Stock Company strictly implements product quality control stages, including from the stage of receiving raw materials and input fuels to the process of checking products before launching them to the market.
LE prioritizes importing raw materials and components for manufacturing transformers from Germany, Japan, Korea and other countries with advanced science in the world. Thanks to quality components, which are strictly controlled from input to usage and manufacturing, all LE transformer products ensure technical standards before reaching customers.
In order to prevent substandard products from entering the market, LE maintains an independent product quality testing room that meets ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (Vilas 1173) standards. LE's testing system is equipped with a YOKOGAWA.WT332 power meter (Japan), a 50 kW 800 volt ring insulation tester, a 100 kV high voltage tester, DC resistance measuring devices, ratio measuring devices and wiring kits...
