PRODUCTION LINES AND TECHNOLOGY
Since its establishment, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Produce Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company has focused on investing in a synchronous system of modern production lines to create products that meet technical standards and have reasonable prices.
Currently, LE's production machinery system includes:
1. Automatic silicon steel sheet cutting line imported from abroad:
- Can cut sheet metal up to 600 mm wide; Maximum span length 9000 mm, error ≤ 0.1 mm;
- Can cut Step 1,3,5,7,9 steps, reducing no-load loss;
- Has core positioning punching function;
- Outstanding productivity to meet the ability to supply goods.
2. Automatic low voltage winding machine:
- Can roll 2 foils at the same time, copper width up to 1000 mm;
- Automatic welding mode uses inert gas to avoid oxidation of the weld.

- Automatically spread wire, spread paper by servo motor with high precision;
- Has the function of rolling emay wire (enamelled wire) from round wire to flat wire to reduce input materials.
4. Automatic insulation paper slitting machine:
- The machine can cut many different sizes;
- Can cut paper width 1300 mm, thickness from 0.13 mm to 1 mm.
5. Vacuum oil filling system:
- Oil filling under vacuum conditions, increasing the life of the machine, eliminating all remaining air bubbles in the machine, ensuring that the insulating oil occupies all the space;
- Pressure in the suction chamber reaches 5 Pa;
- The suction and oiling program is completely automatic;
- Fast pressure reaching time with a high-capacity suction machine.
6. Automatic transformer drying oven:
- Using vacuum drying oven to dry transformers is highly effective, reducing drying time leading to energy saving;
- Absolutely safe with circulating drying technology using heated oil, no explosion, heat loss compared to circulating air drying oven;
- Drying capacity with large quantity ensures that the dried object is dried evenly, does not age the insulation, increasing the life of the transformer.
7. Transformer shell production line:
- Cutting by laser machine with high precision;
- Automatic wave folding machine;
- Imported welding machine system ensures quality;
- Post-processing cleaning and electrostatic painting system;
- System for checking the tightness of the machine case.
Advanced technology lines have helped LE boost the production of specialized transformers used in solar power projects, hydropower, high-frequency furnaces, etc. Hanoi Production Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company is also one of the few private companies capable of completely manufacturing 12,000 kVA transformers. This product is currently serving Song Cho 2 Hydropower Plant.
